

Refund Policy
Concrete Logistics provides concrete delivery, pumping, and logistics services that require scheduling equipment, personnel, and materials. Because of this, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
Deposits and Scheduling
In some cases, a deposit may be required to reserve equipment or schedule a delivery. Deposits may be non-refundable once scheduling has been confirmed, as resources are allocated specifically for the requested service.
Cancellations
Customers who need to cancel a scheduled service should notify Concrete Logistics as soon as possible. Cancellations made before equipment and personnel have been dispatched may be eligible for a refund or credit at the discretion of Concrete Logistics.
Once equipment, trucks, or personnel have been dispatched to a job site, cancellation fees may apply and refunds may not be available.
Completed Services
Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed, including concrete delivery, pumping services, or job site logistics coordination.
Project Changes
If project requirements change after scheduling or delivery has been arranged, additional charges may apply. Any adjustments to pricing will be communicated to the customer whenever possible.
Disputes
If a customer believes there was an error in billing or service delivery, they should contact Concrete Logistics as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.
Policy Updates
Concrete Logistics reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
